Hot Yoga (60 mins)
Hot Yoga is a therapeutic sequence of postures practiced in a heated room, which prevents injury, allows for deeper releases within the muscles, and detoxifies the body. In Hot Yoga, the room is intentionally heated because of the many benefits it offers the body.

Flow & Sculpt
A total body workout, Flow & Sculpt classes are set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. This class complements your regular yoga practice, while boosting your metabolism and pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. Free weights are added to the Hot Flow sequence, creating resistance and intensifying each pose. Strength-training exercises such as squats, lunges, bicep curls and tricep curls are incorporated to build lean muscle mass. You will see visible results in your body.
We recommend that you take at least 5 Hot Flow classes before attending a Flow & Sculpt class.

Make Over Your Medicine Cabinet
Did you know peppermint oil is a common headache remedy? We have nothing against modern medicine..as a matter of fact we are thankful for it..but wouldn't it be nice to have a first line of defense for some common ailments that are chemical free? Join us for this one hour class which will explore some easy ways to incorporate essential oils into our lives and into our medicine cabinet. You'll even leave with a little remedy of your own!

Join us for this one hour class where Katy will share how she has incorporated essential oils into her family's life and the amazing effects it has had. Back by popular demand, Kids Yoga Kamp returns this summer. Join us for any or all of the 90 minute camps as Katy joins local artist, Donna Christensen to bring yoga, play, and art into the lives of our children. Each session will have a different theme. Kids Yoga Camp
Give your child the gift of yoga. Yoga is proven to benefit children by teaching them ways to reduce stress, create focus, and improve overall well being. This 90 minute camp explores yoga through postures, games, and art. Each child leaves with artwork and a yoga sequence that they can share with the family and practice at home.
Ages 5-9
