Welcome to Studio South, a Williamsburg, VA yoga studio that offers daily hot yoga and barre classes in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Whether you are interested in beginner to advanced yoga classes, hot yoga, yoga instructor training, or barre, the team at Studio South would love to work with you. We start classes bright and early at 5:30 and run through the evening to accommodate the even the busiest of schedules. Making time for wellness will not only serve your body well, it’s good for the mind, too. At Studio South, our hot yoga studio offers fun classes, special themed events, enlightening workshops and expert yoga teacher training, as well.

Studio South Hot Yoga in Williamsburg includes sequences performed in a space specifically designed for heated classes. Precisely and carefully controlled heat, humidity, fresh air and Co2 allow you to breathe easily and enjoy the benefits, particularly in aiding in the protection of muscles as you improve balance, flexibility and strength.

Our Barre classes in Williamsburg utilize a proprietary combination of ballet-inspired strength work, Pilates and yoga in a low-impact environment. Great for those who want a higher energy complement to yoga with both strength and toning exercises, can help with rehabilitation and enhanced focus – while having a LOT of fun.

Unheated yoga classes are offered daily in a range of formats for youth to senior. From Yin Yoga, to Chair yoga to advanced unheated Flows, each with modifications that can accommodate even those who are confined to a wheelchair. Yoga is great for the mind, body, and soul and we specialize in formats to suit just about any fitness level.
