Hot yoga includes postures and sequences performed in a studio with added heat and humidity control. Hot yoga can have significant benefits, particularly in aiding in the protection of muscles as members improve their balance, flexibility, and strength.
Barre yoga is getting increased recognition as a great workout. It utilizes a combination of ballet, Pilates, and yoga in a low-impact environment that is great for those who want a higher energy workout that offers both strength and toning exercises.
We offer yoga and chair yoga classes to people from beginner to advanced, with modifications that can accommodate even those who are confined to a wheelchair. Yoga is great for the mind, body, and soul and can be modified to suit just about any fitness level.
