Have you been to our BARRE?

 

Our custom-in-studio-developed method of Barre, called BARRE Philosophy, fuses strength training techniques from ballet with Pilates and Yoga. The high energy, low impact program  works to tone, define, and chisel the whole body. And get this… you don't even need any dance experience and you certainly don't need a partner!

 

BARRE Philosophy is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added muscle building and endurance to burn fat fast. Barre workouts have become the popular choice with celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston, Madonna, Natalie Portman, and Zoey Deschanel.

 

ALL of our instructors are BARRE Philosophy certified to insure that you are getting the highest quality instruction available. We chose to bring this to our studio because of the integrity and effectiveness of the program and our ability to make sure that we can keep you healthy and safe while enjoying all the many benefits of this fitness craze. Barre and Yoga are an awesome balance, yin and yang, two halves may be apparent opposites but combine to provide you wholeness in your routine.

 
hot or unheated barre available

Our Barre classes can be taken heated or unheated, we offer both. We recommend you start with an unheated class to learn the general sequence and get your muscles used to this specific type of isometric work. But don't be intimidated to pump the heat up and focus on the poses that bring the burn in the hot classes! Temperature will be the same as our hot yoga if you've tried those.
