We could not agree more with the things listed above. How many of you go throughout the day rushing from one thing to the next. If you are lucky, you throw in an amazing workout class that re-centers you, but as soon as the teacher stops speaking and you blink your eyes back open from Savasana, you are back to your to do lists and it feels like you never took that break to shut down. What break?!
Looking at the list above, there are more than a couple things we would like to add to our daily, weekly, monthly routine… a bike ride (warmer weather we love you), go to bed earlier (that one loud of laundry can wait until the morning) and listening to more music! (Dance party anyone?)
